Computerized precision

The execution of machining operations is performed on computerized numerical control machines. The main operations we perform to specification (based on client drawings) are:

MILLING

Controlled material removal performed to give the piece the required shape

TURNING

Modeling through chip removal of raw components

DRILLING

Creation of holes of various depths and diameters with specific equipment.

THREADING

Execution of screw and nut threads with customized parameters.

There are many applications where superior reliability, resistance, and durability are required. A precise piece uniquely guarantees superior performance.
We have equipped ourselves with CMM systems capable of performing verification readings even on very complex pieces. The precision of these systems (positioning repeatability) is in the order of thousandths of a millimeter.

We perform high-precision numerical control machining operations on a wide range of materials, selected based on the application requirements of each project. These include brass, low-lead brass suitable for food applications, stainless steel, and aluminum, materials that we treat with maximum attention to guarantee surface quality, strict tolerances, and long-term reliability.

For the machining operations we perform, we use certified measuring instruments subject to constant verification, to ensure maximum precision in every phase of the production process. Our quality department is equipped with a state-of-the-art CMM control system, which allows us to perform three-dimensional measurements with the highest accuracy and guarantee absolute compliance with client specifications.
